Our background
CruiseCtrl365 grew out of a simple feeling: it must be possible to make digital development more human, simpler and much more real. We had seen far too many projects get bogged down in fancy presentations or piles of hours that never yielded results. That's why we chose a different path. We are not a consulting firm – we are a network of experienced experts who want to make a real difference. We meet organizations where they are, build security and structure together, and move step by step towards an everyday life where Microsoft 365 actually works as intended.
For us, it's all about people, courage and results. We don't believe that a client should be a perfect client or have all the answers from the start. We believe in listening, guiding and shaping the work together with management, managers and employees. When something rubs, we adjust. When conditions change, we find new steps forward. And we don't leave when the plan is written – we stay until it works, until the difference is noticeable in reality and not just in theory.

Our history
Why did we start CruiseCtrl365?
We were tired of seeing solutions stuck. CruiseCtrl365 was born from a combination of passion and frustration: the passion for structure in Microsoft 365 and the frustration with consultants who delivered what was ordered, but not what was really needed.
We wanted to create an alternative: real benefit, without expensive consulting mills and half-finished deliveries.
More than advice
We don't make suggestions – we stay until it works.
Today we are more than advisors. We are digital coaches who walk alongside organizations and guide both management, managers and employees. Our mission is not to hand over a proposal and move on – we follow along all the way, until the effect is noticeable.
